About ENCA
Who we are
Empowerment of Nations Citizens Association (ENCA) started in 2014 as a community based organization. ENCA is now registered as a Non- Governmental organization and has been incorporated as company limited by guarantee and without capital. Since 2014, ENCA has expanded its area of reach and now operates in districts of Kabale, Kisoro, Kanungu, Rukiga, Rukungiri, Rubanda, Ntungamo, Greater Bushenyi and Greater Mbarara(Isingiro) which has a population of over 3,487,551 people. Empowerment of Nations Citizens Association(ENCA) aims at improving the lives of the disadvantaged people especially conditions of Ugandans and make a tangible contribution to improve their lives. ENCA works to create a greater understanding of basic needs, rights among people and institutions while advocating to policy making to improve planning for vulnerable care conditions and overall their human rights.
