This program will aim on looking for new innovative ideas that transform
teaching or school leadership to better preparation of children with the 21st
century skills they need to succeed in future.
In this program ENCA enhances problem solving, leadership, creativity, and
adaptability, require a new active, student-centred system for learning. ENCA
intends to provide ideas that prepare better teachers and school leaders to drive
this new 21st century system for learning and even in our communities to
ensure that gender equality is well practiced at all levels.
Mostly girl child empowering must be a priority in participation and
competition for leadership positions in our communities is the ENCA’s vision.
Developing of young leaders in our community will be based on gender
equality.
Activities include,
a)Training workshops
b)Production of information, education and communication materials.
c)Research and documentation
d)Capacity building
e)Networking girl child and women empowerment on communities
f)Media campaign on both press , electronic and digital media
g)Conducting sports activities aiming to address gender equality and quality
education in our communities, schools and institutions on different levels.
